I cannot express my true thanks to the warm souls of Sunrise of Webster Groves. My Grandmother was treated with love, caring hands, dignity and respect by the superb staff at Webster Groves. It was such a difficult decision to make when my Mom was choosing a home for my Grandma. From the very beginning she and we were treated like one of their family members. The successful part of our experience was being open to understanding that the staff are the professionals and we learned to trust their suggestions and opinions. What a hard job they have caring not only for the residents but for demands of families. It is hard for us, as family members to put our emotions aside and to trust someone else to care for our precious loved one. But with open communication we were able to achieve a quality experience for all of us, especially my Grandmother. We looked around, did our research and visited over 10 places and know we made the very best decision. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts. Keep up the great work you truly make a difference 24/7.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do not trust.These places have a BAD name. After researching the other locations and the reviews left on Google for them as well, I would STEER CLEAR!

Don't EVER put your loved one here!!! The staff is terrible, and you will regret it!The lovely bowling alley pictured has been 'out of commission' for over a month (and maybe longer, I was just hired, and quickly quit! Please keep reading) My first day of training, the person training me (his name is Tay) literally fell asleep! He mumbled, admitted to hating the job but only staying for the pay. He was rude, didn't want to talk or show me the correct way things were done,or where things were,he talked on his cell phone quite frequently, checked his credit score...it was insane. Upon telling the 'coordinator'Julia Scott that hired me, nothing was done. I'm sure the employee will remain there, with no consequences to spread more negligence around. He really has no care about the people! It seems no one does,they rush through their procedure and sit around talking.HR Brittney White is plain rude. She doesn't respond to emails, and is very snippy and uncaring. Its all just a pretty illusion in a rich location with a lot of nothing and empty promises inside. I'd never put anyone I know there. I have NO reason to lie, no revenge no relative inside, i have no reason to leave this review other than the fact that I am being 100% real and upfront. My morals are way too high to stay an employee at a location where people fall asleep while training a brand new team member!!!Don't do it! It isn't worth it for one second!******The photo of the man asleep is a picture I uploaded. That is who was 'training me' as mentioned above. Notice his shirt balled up and cell phone next to him, lovely isn't it?
