My mother has been denied pain medication almost monthly because she has 'run out'. She is a fall risk and almost every time I go in, there is trash that the nurse has dropped on the floor and not picked up. Documentation and communication is very poor in this facility. There is no consistency of anything for this facility. Staff is not family friendly. I do not recommend this facility.

Of course L.P. would give it a great review, she works there (administrative) and wants your money, but trying to sound like a client! Truth is, this is the last place one should take their loved ones! Don't believe me? Find out for yourself! They are the WORST! Such a sad, dark place for the patients. But, please, for the love of God, DON'T do it. I'd give it zero stars if I could. On the other hand, Fairview Rest Home in Sedalia is amazing and will treat your loved one with dignity and respect, all of the time, every time, until the very end. You can sure tell the difference between a facility trying to put on a show when you come in vs the one who is transparent and consistent in compassionate care. The difference will also show up in the demeanor of your loved one. We saw a HUGE change! It was undeniable and made us realize that all of our intuitions and bad vibes about Warrensburg Manor were spot-on and REAL! Sooo glad we made the change. Always, always, ALWAYS trust your instinct! It's YOUR loved one and their (and/or your) money. Spend it on the best care possible; not here.

My father who is 100% disabled, has no legs and only 1 arm, is what i mean by disabled, layed in his bead for 40 minutes before the nurse came. When she did come, my father wanted to get up and in his chair, he requires a hoyer lift, and nurse ill be back gotta go get help. Another 25 minutes and the nurse is going around taking vitals but still hasnt been back to even give an update or with help!!!!
