Very nasty place I wouldnt put my worst enemy in this place

OK so the reason why am sharing one star on this page for Lincoln County Nursing And Rehab I previously have left there seeing my great grandfather and he has went through a lot and he had to go into a nursing home. So I went up there today and seen him it took the nurses almost 30 minutes to come and help him to use the restroom and when they finally came in they act like it was such a hassle and such a headache to help someone. I recommend no one and I repeat no one send their love ones there. More friendly people because the nurses are plum out ignorant not only the family members but also the patients. And Monday I will be also contacting the head of director of nursing rehab at the facility L.I feel like this is enough to be said at this time

Do not.. I repeat do NOT let your family stay here!! My father recently had to stay here after leaving the hospital for rehab. They treat their patients horribly! My father had to lay in his own urine for 4 hours with his call light on with no one to be found to help him. Therapy was horrible and worthless. They are very unprofessional!
