Mari De Villa took great care of my loved one. My parents loved the happy hour with live music every afternoon. All the meals were served with linen tablecloths. The private rooms are spacious with lots of room for family visits. The food was very good. They washed and ironed my father's clothes. He was always clean and well dressed. They have lots of opportunities for family activities - daily happy hours with live music, holiday parties, nice rooms with large windows and views of the pond that we used for family parties. The staff was very caring. We had tried 3 different places before we found Mari de Villa and there was no comparison. I highly recommend Mari de Villa.

I recently moved my sister to Mari de Villa from another facility in Arkansas. She has been in a nursing home for 15+ years due to being hit by a car many years ago. I learned of your facility over 10 years ago when I visited a friend's mother in law. I have visited many times over the years with therapy dog groups. My current dog learned to ride elevators at Mari de Villa. I liked how things were done over the years. Selecting a new home for my sister was an easy choice. I have known the staff and knew my sister would receive excellent care. Recently, the bank trustees from Texas, that help manage my sister's care came to visit my sister and see where I had moved her too. They were very impressed with Mari de Villa. They have been many places to visit clients over the years. They said your facility was by far one of the nicest they have seen. I just wanted to pass that along to you. Thank you for your help in caring for my sister. I know you have many choices in how your run your business. Thank you for keeping people the focus and care a priority. The Weisehan Family is wonderful to work with and I look forward to continuing a long relationship for years to come.Heather Heitman10/11/2019

Front desk is rude and impatient. Need new staff from the nurses to the front desk to the management. Nurses dont know what they are doing. And management doesnt do anything about it.
