It is a beautiful facility. And the folks that work there are very kind. But if you are looking for a place you can trust to take care of your loved one - this is NOT the place. Not enough staff to support the residents and the staff they do have leaves like a revolving door. Often times there is only one nurse there to support the whole building of residents. Weeks will go without directors. No communication and because of lack of staff, not enough attention to residents.

The new owners and the NEW bookkeeper has created a new environment that is significantly better. I had posted a negative review. However, Candy, who used to be the receptionist has been moved to replace the bad bookkeeper and everything works as it should. A good experience now. There have been many changes to this place since it opened and I think the new owners have it right. Thank you Candy and the rest of the staff for changing the environment. I highly recommend this place. My mother has grown to be happy and comfortable now. Perfect example of bad employees can kills a business, or great employees (like they have now; Candy) can create a successful business. Thank you!

I am researching places for a family member and spent quite a bit of time at Stonecrest of Town & Country. I was very impressed with the activity and care. I sat back and watched how they interacted with the residents as well as watched a group head out to lunch laughing and excited. It was almost too good to be true so I waited a few weeks and came back unannounced later in the day. Just in time for happy hour and social hour. The food looked fabulous. I was especially impressed when an elderly gentleman seemed to not be able to quite make it down on his own so the staff had gone to help him and the look on his face was priceless. I left with tears in my eyes as I knew I had found the perfect place. Im at peace and can not wait to have our family join this amazing community.

My family is extremely happy with Stonecrest of Town & Country. The activity calendar keeps my mom busy, the food is really good, the care staff treats Mom with dignity and respect and we've found the management to be caring and responsive. We highly recommend Stonecrest.
