Great community. Skilled care CMS quality measures are 5 Star. Staff are the kindest, most caring I've ever worked with. Customer service is first. Proud to serve the greatest generation in the highest standards of Peterson Health Care I am honored to serve with such caring gentle staff who respect and care for their community. We are also grateful for the churches and community groups that volunteer at Tarkio Rehab. I am personally blessed to finally work among a faith filled community that are trustworthy, loyal and kind. How refreshing
