My father-in-laws wedding ring was stolen/misplaced, director of administrations would not return my phone calls or answer questions on what policies they have in place to safeguard residence assets. They said a nurse found it in his bed sheets, but no recollection of what nurse or where it went so we had to file a police report and never got the ring back. When hospice called us in he had undocumented and uncared for pressure wounds on his heals and ankles and bed sores from lack of a care plan to turn him every two hours while he was bed ridden. His health deteriorated drastically while we were unable to see him due to covid and nursing staff seemed oblivious that dirty blood soaked socks were not proper wound care.

This nursing facility is beautiful and very clean with all our visits. It has been months since we have visited due to the Covid pandemic, but the nursing staff has went above and beyond to accommodate a modified visit with our family member. The staff is friendly with every encounter and quickly responds to any issues or needs of the residents. We love that we are included in the care plan meeting process. He has been there for a couple of years and, granted, everything is not always perfect, but i will still say overall our experience has been wonderful.

The staff ignores the residents, they turn off call lights without finding out what the issue is. My mother had to wait over an hour to go to the bathroom. They are slow in getting meds out so that it's hours later than what it should be, and when you call in they are rude from being asked to do their job. A family member should not have to call in place of the call light. Luckily this location is only temporary as my sister and I are working on moving my mother to a facility that actually takes care of their residents.
