Staff does not answer call lights. The first night here, my father had to go to bathroom. 20 minutes later no one had come. Went and found someone who said she needed a helper took another 20 minutes for her to come back with help. Another time dad spilled his tea in his bed . Sat in a wet bed for almost 45 minutes before anybody took care of it.Today his call light has been on over an hour. No one cares.PT and OT staff are pretty good (except they do not communicate w family...you have to track them down and ask before getting any progress reports). but care staff do NOT care and bicker about what is or isnt their responsibility.Would not recommend this place at all.

Please do not send your love ones to this facility. If you love them and want them treated properly this is not the place to send them. Staff are very unprofessional and careless. They avoid patients requests and needs. They bicker amongst themselves about patients blatantly in the hallways. Being intentionally spiteful. Moving objects out of patients reach. My heart goes out to those that have to permanently reside at this facility.

Im a medical supply technician. I called your facility to get rented equipment out, but was asked to enter the facility upon hearing that one of your staff couldnt lift one of the items. Either hire stronger staff or get a better system for this kind of situation. It was made clear a number of months ago that our techs are not to enter facilities during the pandemic. This will not happen a second time.

please do not send your love ones to this facility. There staff are very unprofessional. They have attitudes with the patients and guests. The patients do not get their medications on time as they should very neglectful. please check on your love ones if you know anyone currently staying.

The therapist are great but nursing is terrible. It takes up to an hour and more at night when you press the button for help. Nights are horrible, I got up on my own when no one came to help me to restroom and then was yelled at like a child for doing it. I never got my medicine right, and was told one night to go to bed I didn't have pain medication ordered when I was there for rehab and pain management after having major spinal surgery 3 days prior. After going down the hall looking for someone else a nurse from another wing came and helped me finding I should have had medication hours ago. Would never go there again or send a loved one there.
