I like my job what I do But for what we make we do a lot Besides never being told ur doing a great job I had a complaint to my Director of a coworker in the back office . She is always on me its like shes babysitting me . But it turned on me because she went to the Director about me . Saying Im always on my phone which I do understand that but if we are not answering the phones or with a resident I see nothing wrong with using my phone if Im not abusing it She is always on her phone & the loudness from her office with other coworkers laughing & carrying on. But wants to complain & have someone to pick on . Its like shes a bully & there are office ones if they dont care for u they are on you . I feel they should talk with her also They wonder why they cant keep good workers

Came to work with the promise of respect and courtesy and understanding staff. My dad had to have a heart transplant and given that I wanted to be there and I am his power of attorney I was written up for having to leave work due to a emergent immediate family issue. The kitchen staff is rude and they actually drink on the job. I have also heard them refer to residents as toddlers and children. Please do not let your family members live here. Bugs are seen day to day and housekeeping doesnt fully clean.
