When I called Home Instead looking for someone to come to my mothers house the lady that answered the phone was rude. When I asked her questions she didn't seem very knowledgeable about the company or the responsibility's of a caregiver. I got transferred to Brent and he gave me more of an explanation of how Home Instead works and mentioned to me he would have a caregiver within a week since there was no one in the area at the time. A week went by and still no caregiver for my mother. I called back and he told me he was still working on this and after 3 weeks I just had enough of hearing I'm still working on finding someone for you. I called another home care agency and they was able to get a lady to my mothers house within 2 days. So if you have time to wait around for 3 weeks for a caregiver I would not recommend this place.
