I researched many In-Home Care Facilities as my elderly father has Alzheimer's and Dementia. I currently reside in another state and it was critical to find someone that I could trust to provide the In-Home Care that my father deserved. The reviews and credentials for Sutton Rose to the top. I flew to Missouri and met with Brooke. I was very impressed. She suggested an in-home assessment where she explained the service to my father. It became very clear that she was very dedicated to helping patients with my father's condition. No matter what the challenge dealing with my father's condition everyone at Sutton has gone above and beyond to provide the best care I could have imagined. I have had to call on Lindsay in the office and Brooke to help me deal with medications and I have also worked directly with Mandy my fathers in-home care provider on many occasions and I have been very impressed with their expertise and dedication to their patient. I have had such a wide range of problems that Sutton has helped me deal with from various state organizations, getting my dad to doctor appointments and helping him work through issues with his medications, spending time with me on the phone and so many other situations. This disease can be very difficult to deal with and initially my father was resistant to in home care but the alternative was a facility that took him away from his home his pet dog and everything he loved. It was not long at all before he became friends with Mandy and not only trusted her but asked me if she could get there a little earlier in the morning. I'm very thankful to everyone at Sutton, it means so much to have a service like this, and to have people that truly love their patients.

We used Sutton Care to help with my father and we felt like they were just family! They came to our needs even on last minute changes. We felt bad for changing the schedule but Brooke made it happen with only hours notice. My dad enjoyed them too as he liked having the company. It made him feel safe and also like he had just regular company over. Highly recommend them! We are picky and we were new to all this yet we felt so good about Sutton. Thank you!
