Innovative Self Care
I have a friend who worked here, so all I have to say is beware. This place is only driven by money. They do not care about the residents at all. They hire anybody off the street. I have a second hand account from a reliable source, that the nurses steal residents narcotics. They also do not follow state laws on the the ratio for staff to resident. They have been infested with bed bugs and scabies. They allowed a staff to come in drunk when they were told many times about the situation, to the point where the police had to escort the man from the premise, and his B.A.C was to high to even drive his car, yet he was responsible for these residents lives. I was so appalled when my friend told me these stories, so i felt obligated to share. I do not know how we continue to let these establishments run their buisness, our health care system needs a big wake up call.

This is the worst company ever to work for. They dont take care of thier staff and pay more to thier new staff then thier current. They are so unorganized and always short staffed. Management doesnt even care and will leave two caregivers w 40+ residents. Residents DO NOT get the care they need because of the short staffed. This is not an assisted living this is full on skilled. They have been through so much management and all of them are horrible! Residents get treated like they have no dignity! I have witnessed nurses yelling and screaming at residents. Do not I repeat do not put your family in this place. This place needs to be shut down. They violate so many policies and procedures!
