I worked here for 3 weeks (under the new ownership)this establiment should be shut down by far worse job I have ever had they are very uncaring for there residents

Very unclean and run down place for anyone else to be in. I would not recommend this place for anyone!!!!

I am a Registered Nurse and have dealt with many nursing homes. With that being said this is by far the worst nursing home I have ever came across. My relative was in this facility for 10 months. In that time there were many issues with her care which were terrifying for us as her family. Her medications, seizure medications, which have to be administered within an hour of the same time each day were being given in extremely dangerous times. She was recieving a three times a day medication every 2 hours instead of every 8. The nursing staff never kept in touch about her being sent to the ER, whcih was multiple times, I mean multiple times. Administrators, DON, nurses and social services never return phone calls. No matter how many times you leave voicemails. When the nursing home is at fault, they blame the family. When we could get through to staff they never knew what was going on with my relatives care. Nursing staff was very incompetent on msny topics. When my relative was tranferred her pages of items of inventory were not sent with her only 1/4 of her belongjngs were. It took 10 months to get my relative tranferred and was a very difficult process with the limited staff cooperation. The home is very unclean and higher up staff is very rude, passive aggressive and uncaring. This is not just a disgruntled family member post. This place was given many oppurtunities to change but continued in same ways. Very highly not reccommend. They have been reported to health and senior services on multiple occassions and they have continued give poor quality care. This place needs shut down.
