My 76 year old grandmother was sent here for rehab after hip surgery on april 3,2019. They neglected her so bad it is going to kill her she was brought into the hospital on May 11,2019 with 7 bedsores 3 the size of small plates with the bone exposed the hospital took pictures and called the police. They starved her to the point she is emaciated. She has ELBS and MRSA. From the lack of care they started comfort care / end of life protocol today May 14, 2019!! Please do not take your family there she is suffering and dying a long horrific death every single person who is employed there could have helped her and instead turned a blind eye*update **She passed due to sepsis from her wounds on Saturday May 18,2019. We buried her today on May23,2019 RIH My Angel!!
