My Mother has been in and out of this facility for over seven years. She now resides there. The building itself is older, not much to look at, a bit rundown. But the staff are the heart of it. They have saved my mom's life more times than I can count! After every hospital trip, when all hope was lost, the ladies in the rehab unit brought my mom back. I can never thank them enough!

Please read this before you choose this facility for yourself or a loved one! My mother was admitted on 10/10/19 to this facility for medical rehabilitation after she experienced complications following major surgery. She was discharged today, 10/14/19 at her request. Upon her arrival, the room she was assigned had a broken tv, a broken recliner, a hole in the door to her room and a bed that was so uncomfortable she slept as best she could in her wheelchair that night. During her days there she never once met with a doctor, never had a shower, and was put in a diaper which she 'learned to change' herself. This facility and the staff of this facility are not providing the care they advertise and violate the trust placed in them by their clients and the families of their clients.
