I visited a Patient/friend at this facility recently and I was shocked at how rundown and dirty the rooms were. Rooms had rotting walls that looked like black mold to me. The staff were dressed in street clothes I realize it was a Friday but some had holes in jeans and looked very unprofessional.nit sure how the nursing care is at this facility but cleanliness was absolutely gross!

I have had 2 loved ones and some friends who were residents in this facility. The facility and my loved ones were kept clean. I found the social worker and nursing staff to be very attentive . If I expressed a concern it was quickly addressed. They communicated well and worked closely with me. I could tell that most of the workers really love the residents. They called me in when my cousin was declining. When he passed, several of the staff came in to express their sympathy and shared tears with the family. I put myself through college working in a nursing home. I know none of them are perfect, but this facility in Oak Grove provides quality care.

I wanted to edit my first review, even though it was good. My mother has passed now. She was only here for a few months, but the nurses, CNA's, Med Techs and others were very good to my mother as well as myself. There was always someone around to help with any problem or question. This place never smelled like some I have been in. It always looked clean. I am so thankful that I was able to put my mother here. She was in good hands.

I called explaining who I was and that I needed to do an interview with a social worker and asked if they had one on hand because I have a school project coming up regarding what I'm majoring in. A lady named 'Nancy' answered and didn't even let me finish before handing up on me. I called again telling what I thought was us getting disconnected, tried to explain and asked if she had someone I could talk to and once again, she hung up. I personally think that's very rude and she could have at least gave me an answer.
