Worst place to work ever! Staff is full of DRAMA everybody will know your business before you do. HR messes up our checks and steals our money then go on vacation, mangers are rude and unprofessional. Nobody check on memory care residents. Two employees fought nobody got wrote up or fired, two other employees got rehired after putting their hand on a resident and is still under investigation But I got fired for a misunderstanding. Do not apply nor check your parents into this place they only care about the rent not the residence wellbeings!

I recently visited the Meadowlands and was quite impressed with the warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff at the entrance greeted me with big smiles and kind words. I also visited with the Director while I was there and she was amazing! Answered all of my questions and addressed any concern I had. The residents were just coming back from one of their outings as I was leaving and they expressed how much fun they had. The employees seemed to truly care about the residents. The staff looked excited to see the residents return; asked if they had a good time and offered hugs and assistance. Thats definitely what you want to see when considering where to place your loved one. I would highly recommend The Meadowlands to anyone looking for a nice place for their family.

With so many assisted living in the area.. THIS ONE TAKES THE CAKE! While visiting a friend I noticed the homelike environment immediately, and everyone is SO friendly. Tons of activities, amazing food, and all the residents look so happy (most importantly). When its time to make a placement decision for my loved one I will definitely be coming to The Meadowlands. Thank you, Meadowlands for caring as much as you do, and especially the Director she answers all my questions immediately and never makes me feel like a burden. Xoxo

I love the Meadowlands and just the overall feel of this community. The staff are very engaged with the residents and family members are welcome to dine with their loved ones any time of day with their open dining. The director along with her team have created some wonderful family events so if you haven't stopped in lately, now is the time.
