My wife expressed to the owners Kim and Laura that she assault by one of PRN clients, Laura and Kim told her it's okay it's just a misunderstanding and for her to finish her shift. Why send someone to an ISL after she explain to you that she doesn't feel safe??? My wife explained that side by side don't write incident report when their employees get assaulted. One of my wife coworkers got her glasses broken on the first day working with a consumer and Laura put tape on her glasses instead of replacing them and writing an innocent report. I can't fail to mention that in ISL my wife was working as a PRN staff member are hiding consumers food, what happen to consumer rights.. Staff members will hide consumers to the point the ISL will have a foul odor. My wife receive weekly email about the company losing money due to staff not making documentation in a timely fashion.. If the owner's don't care how do they expect for the employees to care especially getting paid $10.25..

I once worked for this company. You won't ever find a better independent living facility they are so great with their clients as well as their employees. This company is the closest thing you will find to having a family setting. Lori and Kim are the best most understanding people I have ever met. I recommend this company to any and everyone, kids and adults will truly be happy here.
