Just wanna add that two months ago I called corporate to report a worker in the Kitchen, (Kartez P.), for smoking marijuana on the job/on his break twice that I know of & no action was taken THOUGH the handbook at TCC clearly stated that what youre supposed to do is report things like that. So do all the drugs you please while working here folks, no one will do anything even if youre caught. Might make your shift go by smoother. And also Belinda will add fake write ups after youre let go to your file, write ups she never gave you on the job (which is when youre supposed to receive it) , to make it seem like she gave you warnings throughout your employment though she never did. This place is an unorganized mess.

Catherine set up transport for my grandmother from St. Luke's to Timberlake to rehab her broken hip a week ago. Since then she has preferred to text my aunt in Florida rather than communicate with family that lives in town, and blame St. Luke's for the delay. After many hours on the phone with social workers, insurance companies, and the hospital we deduced the delay was indeed on Timberlake's end. I drove up there to give them the number needing a fax from them and was told by Catherine that the delay was not on their end. I said ok, we'll let the media figure it out and left. Catherine texted the aunt in Florida to claim I had threatened her. So the media is a threat? Must be some real shady stuff going on here at Timberlake.

The staff, workers and administrators are very professional and care about their residents.The place is very clean and well kept.

this is the worse place for seniors. Food is awful and the staff just dont care if they get their meds on time or if at all.
