I am a current employee at Heritage Village of Gladstone. I look forward to going to work on the days that I'm scheduled. The residents we have are so much fun to be around which makes my day go by fast. I'm pleased to say the management team will do anything to help their employees. You can tell they value the staff. They always take time out of their busy schedules to tell us and show us how much we're appreciated. I'm extremely happy and proud to be part of the Heritage Village team.

Facility is ran very poorly. Management has ZERO respect for loyal employees or any employee for that matter.Facility has employees who are dedicated and care deeply for their patients but yet are treated as if they are quickly replaceable.Management does not do heat treatments to get rid of bed bugs. Bed bugs are a huge issue. Pretty sure they have state in their pockets. Housekeeping is ridiculous, the man there does absolutely nothing. Heritage Village provided such wonderful care to my mom. The staff at Heritage Village treated my mom like she was their own family. There was nothing that the staff wouldn't have done for my mom. Jen Russell, Director of Nursing is a wonderful nurse she had so much care and compassion for my mom. The dietary staff went above and beyond to make my mom happy. I would recommend Heritage Village to anyone looking for assisted living for their loved one.
