Why is it you raise their rent and the quality of your staff working have gone so down hill house keeping doesn't hardly clean the rooms anymore the food has gone down hill and the dietary don't wear hair net they have long weads and the whole staff always on their cell phones every one nursing house keeping dietary I think it should be a monthly meeting on your clients conplains.a very concerned person of the clients rights. These issues have been brought to the front office no response it's sad because this Home was at its highest caring for the clients rights but not anymore its really sad to see this home going down hill. God bless someone to fix this problem. My prayers are with you'll. Why paint a pretty pictures just go look at the carpets and the patios how dirty they are. Please understand these places need to be clean and take good care of our families and good clean dietary workers and better food. Looks like it slides really down hill on the weekends it's bad and the CMTs seem so confused when giving the clients meds not all CMTs you do have a very few good ones. Maybe it's because their always short staffed.i want to thank the good staff that took good care of my dearest friend. She has passed but hope the place gets alot of improvement to the place and the lazy staff that is there don't get me wrong their is great ones there but they get over looked and the ones that take advantage of our elderly by not doing their job shame on you they could be your mother or father and even your grandparents, what happened to respect your elders.

Staff is very caring to the residents. They are a 5 star home. People are friendly!

My mom complained about having trouble breathing and they treated her for anxiety when in reality she had pneumonia. I insited they take her to the hospital where she ended up being for 10 days. I hotlines them for medical neglect.

This is a '5 Star ' facility as rated by CMS . Outstanding food service with many choices at each meal !
