My Mother is there and gets pretty good care.

If I could rate this with -10 stars I would! My grandma went there for rehab and they wont answer her call light or give her medication. Theyre using the lockdown as a way to be lazy! She is regressing. She changed her own sheets because they wouldnt help her to the bathroom and she couldnt hold it. She broke her femur and is non weight bearing. This place needs to be shut down! Not safe for anyone to have their family members there. Please please dont send them there if you want them to have good care! Learn from our mistake!!!!

Staff was friendly & the food looked & smelled wonderful!

This facility is one of the most neglectful places Ive seen! My family member experienced a traumatic fall overnight. We are unsure how long he actually was lying there before he was found. Since he was on hospice they didnt send him to ER. The facility decided to get my grandpa up and put him in a wheelchair all day after he had cracked his face open earlier that morning from a fall. Other witnesses stated he was isolated in his wheelchair and not offered breakfast or lunch. Unfortunately a few days later my grandpa had passed. Our family gathered outside his room to grieve. While we were hugging and crying a heartless nurse notified us that we were interfering in their work flow. I have also personally witnessed a resident having to sit in their own vomit for quite some time before they received help. The Resident requested help from a nearby CNA. The certified staff member said, Im not your nurse I cant help you. This type of neglect goes against everything their mission statement strives to achieve. If you care about your family member, this isnt the place for you!!
