As a Geriatric nurse, I am loving working at Monterey Park. The other nurses are helpful, friendly and fun to work with, as well as competent. The nurse aids are kind, respectful and hard-working. Everyone knows their job and works together to give great care for the wonderful residents who call Monterey Park their home. It feels like family. The administration is very approachable and problem solves with you. The greater corporate entity, Tutera seems to have working systems in place to make everyone's experience go as smoothly as possible. I am proud to be with Monterey Park.
