The staff is well equipped, caring and understanding. This place has a clean environment with extra entertainment such as live bands for the patients to listen to.They seem to be short on help on the floor though.

My grandmother went to Willow Care the last 2 1/2 weeks of her life. She was almost 101 and recovering from Shingles. The staff of Willow Care was extremely compassionate as we watched her slip away. It was very apparent that the entire staff was not just doing a job, but were there for the right reasons. They went out of their way to bring us anything we needed. They showed us kindness and provided support, more than I ever expected. They were also very kind to grandma, squeezing her hand or giving loving pats. It was a difficult time for our family, and they helped us cope.
