Village At Carrol Park

That place sucks big time. They have a bunch of very unfriendly staff working there. To include the owners. You say thank you to them if they do something u ask and they don't even respond. They look you up and down. Those workers don't greet you or hardly ever smile. They have a big turnover. I cant tell the patients from the staff. All the ones that seem to have compassion for the residents don't seem to last long. If you have a love-one needing to be placed, please do your love-one a favor and don't place them there. The residents are just a paycheck to the owners and the workers could care less. The owner Lisa never say a word to you when she see you visiting your loved ones. No hello or anything. She doesn't even acknowledge you. Frank (the owner's husband) seems to be a little more personable and has some ppl skills. That place needs a serious overhaul, to include the owners. It's sad that the state isn't more involved in house places like that operate. I don't believer they have a protocol in place.

Very good and caring staff there. We are very pleased with the level of attention my parents get there.

Village at Carroll Park has very caring staff and the owners are so understanding and sweet and will help in anyway possiable that they can do to meet there residents needs and wants! Frank, Lisa and Dana are amazing people and I would bring anyone of my family members there. And Liz Clark is an amazing RN who cares about her residents to the fullest.
