very wonderful place. took very good care of my grandmother. would take loved ones here. very nice and not rude staff.

My dad was at this facility many years ago. He loved it there and was there until he passed away from cancer. The nurses then were very respectful and loving and more than willing to accommodate our family. Fast forward to current time, my Grandmother is now at this facility. She didnt want to have to leave home, but given her current health state she needed the extra help and decided to give it a try. There is no place like home, but Id say this is becoming a close second for her. The staff is amazing with her and the rest of our family as well. She really enjoys the activities planned for the residents when she goes. There is something for them to do every day! I am there often enough to have some of the employees to now seem as if they are part of the family. Thank you all for the amazing work you do that most others cannot!

Staff cared for my grandmother for rehab after bypass surgery. She insisted on staying only for short-term rehab, as she is fiercely independent, and was not ready to enter a nursing home. She stayed fewer than 20 days, and was able to return home, where she is successfully caring for herself. The staff accommodated her and provided her with the privacy and respect she is used to. If she has to return to a nursing home in the future, she will definitely go to Claru DeVille.

I wouldn't even let these people keep my dog. Worst company possibly ever to put your loved ones in!!! Just consider he or she won't get cared for properly at all along with verbal abuse from other employees and constantly being neglected!! Don't know how many times I have seen residents left in there bed covered in there own wast. Very unprofessional facility!! Constantly hiring addict's to care for residents. Nothing but drama and complaining from employees to residents. l DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! PLEASE TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES TO A PROPER FACILITY!!!

I would not recommend this place 0 percent. My dad was put in the rehab facility here. He wasnt the best health when he went there. But when my sister took him out because he was so bad he was malnutrition, his kidneys had failed. He had fallen the wheel chair on top of him. The staff lied said he refuse meds or he was ask for different meds to help he refuse. Then we told the staff we talked to him about the meds and he will take a certain pill then they said he cant have that med. Trash can and room was poorly taken care of . The staff was friendly at first but later not maybe because us kids was there often and ask questions. In my option I would like to see the residents be transfer. I understand short staff . I myself have worked in a nursing home. We was not allowed cell phones, walk away from our residents. Families need to no before and not have to suffer like my dad. He is in a different facility in a different town and doing better.
