I would give this place a zero if I could. My Grandpa lived here for a short time before we moved him to another facility, because they tried to put him on Hospice a year before he needed it, among other serious lack of care instances. They didn't call my Grandmother to let her know he was on hospice and didn't explain to her what Hospice was. The staff is very rude and are just there for the paycheck.

my father has been there one week been sitting in room no rehab, meals suck 1st day didn't get fed until 7pm he is on regular diet am moving him as soon as possible no interaction with others some staff very rude.

Valley Manor has an amazing staff! I would highly recommend Valley Manor to anyone who is looking for a skilled nursing facility/long term care facility who provides wonderful care.

They are under staffed and do not operate in a professional manner at all....i feel bad for the few good employees they have most of the mangment is rude and disrespectful!
