I worked here for about a 1 1/2 years at first it seemed nice but once you get in it's all different you are forced to stay all the time because they cant keep employees and you care for more than 35ish residents by yourself because of same reason no staff the most turn around I've ever seen at a job also management makes false threats like if you dont stay your fired etc even when your above fire code the actual care givers are amazing but other than that it's bad ! favortizim out the wazoo and mismanaged because of Number one priority keeping up census not resident care I would not reccomend working here nor keeping family here this is all the truth I witnessed it 1st hand and had to deal with it for over a year

I would recomend for residential care as the care is great those who work the floor do amazing!! I worked here as the activities director/supervisor and was bummped due to them wannting to hire a friend of other employees to take my position ( and im not just saying this out of spite, it is all of 100%truth and all my previous co workers know) Once employees leave rather on good terms or bad, you are not allowed to go back if you do they will immediately call the police and make a scene even to say a hello to the residents whom you've made close relationships with during your time there. The only way to be able to is if the residents add you to their books which is impossible to do if your not allowed on the premises to let the residents know that they can add you and would like for you to do so. They have many ways of trying to keep any and all previous employees away. This does not help the residents in anyway what so ever as they grew relationships with previous, it puts a lot of stress on them. Managament is terrible. They do their best to try and keep a lot of things held behind closed doors and the things I know are beyond words, and keeping past employees away is one of them. Managament allows a lot of things to happen that should not be happening! I would NOT recommend working here at all only because you will be treated with full disrespect by management.

Looks can be deceiving I've known atleast 4 people that have worked here all have had bad experiences and all have said short staffed poor management also the few good reviews are from their own marketing rep and the directors daughter like I said looks can be deceiving
