I have worked at Ozark Mountain for a long time. I truly Love my co-workers, and our residents are extended family!

I love Ozark Mountain Regional Healthcare ! We are finding new and improved ways to create a caring and fun environment for our residents ! Our staff puts our hearts into our job. From housekeeping to Administration Our residents are our priority ! Im so glad I decided to make Ozark Mountian my home . I love watching our staff grow! The smiles on our residents face is the reward at the end of everyday !!

The employees are all great and like one big functional family from the housekeeping/laundry department, kitchen staff, nursing department including aides, cmts, and nurses, to the administration staff. The residents are consistently having a super fun activity and kept busy when wanted or needed in the activities department from shopping trips, sight seeing, horse ranches, holiday get togethers, dances, cooking club, bingo, rob the table, karaoke, coffee & conversation, and so much much more!! Nursing staff is quick to answer any questions/concerns someone might have or find someone who can get the answer/solution for you! Big amazing changes and improvements throughout the facility to better benefit the residents and staff and always striving for bigger and better! Resident care is the top priority!!! I have worked at this facility for almost a year and the positive changes that are being implemented, from caring and compassionate staff to the activities that are being offered, shows just how much we all care about our residents. We are blessed to work in their home and are making some amazing changes to improve their lives even more!!
