Inappropriate behavior and ranting e mails.I do not trust the owner. She is terrible at communication. Lacks professionalism and The help did not show up several time. When Brenda was called she became beligerent saying that she did not have to talk to me as my dad was the client. My mom was the client and my father signed a release so I could talk to her, the owner. I have texts and digital recorded phone calls from her that are inappropriate. Furthermore she wanted me to work at her house and I said no. She asked about my father financial status. She also got an old ladies estate. Mo. Case net has that as a fact. Brenda Bolton. Caution

As a caregiver, I have never been happier with a company. Low caregiver to consumer ratios to ensure good quality care, loving staff and an incredible boss! We don't get paid the best but certainly not the worst either. Having a boss that loans out the company vehicle when yours breaks down and one who understands your families needs and does their best to accommodate them is the most I could ever ask for in a company. On top of that, even though the pay is not upper income, I rest better every night knowing we are one of the least charging of all of the agencies. The places I need to see my consumers saving a penny where they can because of finances, Visiting Angels takes the cake. This job makes all ends meet when you could simply use a supplemental income up all the way up to full time hours. Whatever you need is usually available within the week.

Visiting Angels did a wonderful job helping my mother. They were reliable, caring and compassionate. They were even there for us after my mother passed away asking what they could do for us. I highly recommend this agency.
