My mother is a tenet at this housing facility. They are cute apt. There is a seperate building with access to washers and dryers. The other tenets seem to look out for one another very friendly people. After just over 5 yrs as a tenant my mother was treated so poorly when moving from her apartment. She was a model tenant,quiet, and respectful. She had only been 2 days late with one rent payment in this time. She was charged approximately $300 for entire apartment to be painted and charged for new carpet through out approximately $400. The carpet did not have a spot on it through out it had been installed with in the year prior to her moving. So not only did she not get her deposit back but had been charged an extra $300 for items falsely. In my opinion managment takes advantage of the disabled. I helped my mother move and clean the apt. we left it looking better than the day she moved in. It is sad that this happens to disabled people living on limited income struggling to make it day to day.

Great place for the elderly in the community together and have fun
