Ive thought long and hard about leaving this review, as it will not be a good one. My father was a patient in the Reach Unit. An order for a special mattress was over looked for 3 weeks by staff. In his chart it was noted a 2nd time (about 1 week after the 1st order). He had a wound that was being treated but on 6 different occasions that I noted it was left without a bandage. The worst of all happened when my father was transferred to the hospital. I called within the hour that he left and said not to touch is things as I would send a family member to get his things within 2 hours. One hour after the call my husband went to get my fathers things and found a member of housekeeping cleaning the room. My husband took the things that were bagged up by the person in the room and then checked the closet, table and nightstand to make sure he had everything. My fathers glasses, book, eye glass cleaning kit were never to be found. I called and asked where these things were and I was told that we the family must of lost these. My father went the last 10 days of his life without his glasses. No one at this faculty gave a darn about losing his things.The nursing staff is spotty at best.

Theft is a constant problem in the care unit. Get a low deductible insurance plan because you will be constantly filing claims for all the things stolen from or broken in your loved one's room. The size of the bedrooms in the shared apartments are sad as well.

Please delete this - system malfunctioned. I cannot delete it.

My mom has spent time here 3 times in the past 2 1/2 years and every experience has been fantastic. The staff is amazingly helpful, the social worker, Kelsey helped me a lot when I was having problems getting my leave of absence paperwork done. Everyone here is so polite, helpful and friendly. Thank you all.

I am a former employee of here. Not scorned or angry.... but this place is horrible. Poorly ran and poorly managed. Typically understaffed and work their people like dogs. All management personnel is severely shady and two faced. You cant trust anyone in that building. All are very unprofessional. I wouldnt put my enemys dying dog there. Take your loved one someone else if you really love them!!!!!!!
