Two years ago my mother in law was in this facility and we couldnt say enough good things about the staff and the care she received. BUT NOW she has returned for rehabilitation and we cant get her out of there soon enough. The care is not good. Due to Covid we have no direct communication with her and the nursing center will not answer the phone, or they hang up on us and they have no idea who my mother in law is or what her condition is. This has been a terrible experience. This was once an excellent facility now it offers nothing but wear housing of the elderly.

My mom has been here for 7 months and I can't say enough great things about the staff here. If you need a Nursing Home this is the place. Take a tour and see for yourself.

The staff at Aurora Nursing Center went above and beyond to make our Grandpa and his loved ones comfortable during his last days, moving him to a suite to accommodate all of his family members and make them comfortable, providing hymn books so they could sing to him in his last hours, and coloring books for the little ones, we will never forget the kindness and empathy they provided.
