Terrible staffing. Terrible lack of communication. I would not at all have this company looking after my loved ones. No compassion for their clients. No backround check on care givers. Hiring very or no experience in home health fields. Just anybody off the street. Poor poor care of their clients due to lack of judgement.

As a caregiver at FirstLight, I get to help provide a chance for people to maintain their independence as best as they can. It is an honor to be able to serve and form relationships with each client. The office staff is incredible. Most days are routine but if something unexpected should come up, I know my boss has my back. I have always been able to count on her to make sure I was safe and had proper training.
