This is an unprofessional establishment , please dont bring your family memebers here !!! The UTIs number is out of this world patients are limited dipars and are incontinent due to head nurses orders of not to use a certain limit . Cleaning staff is horrible , Cnas only do what they are told which is to use quick routes which lacks proper care of residents . Residents do not receive proper care which was described in care plan. Residents are limited 1 towel for pericare when state requires 3 . Most residents who cant feed themselves are force fed and some days not fed at all and are labeled as refused meals when that isnt true. From administration down to the Cnas are to blame for the improper care of the residents. Please reconsider bringing your family members to this establishment if you can help it. Its a shame how the elderly is treated in this establishment and hope that this review can save somebodies love one .
