ordered a you matter hoodie and was given a tracking label when the package was not yet shipped. office man explained to me what was happening and kept me up to date every time i called. no complaints

Poor delivery service: carrier leaves partial outgoing mail more than once...... hold or lose mail until you call, amazingly you receive the next day (14 days after mailed within the state). Supervisor takes a package you have in a. Priority envelope (approx $10.00 postage) said he coul seal it (which he could)Walked in back, comes back shoving in a more expensive envelope $18.00 postage...... it would have fit in a if it fits it ships price...... idiots is all I can say....always having problems with my mail.....
