This facility does not even deserve 1 Star. Nothing like the pictures. Yes they were awesome when they came to the hospital to talk us into coming. Now we are here day 20. Nasty rude and lazy. There is crusty stuff on the night stand, bodily fluids on the walls yes walls. They havent wiped anything down kind of mopped but dont look under anything. If you need a wash cloth, trash bag, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, diapers, padding, or anything of the everyday use for someone here dont bother. Just go and buy it yourself and might as let you know you have to do the work yourself too. The staff is unfriendly and did not come in from 11am til 9 pm today and thats better. They said no sheets at night because they are not changing them. So I cant leave my loved one alone or he will fall off the bed while covered in his on bodily fluids. They wont help flip him. They will not clean up after he used the diaper. So I do it all. They let the soiled trash sit and pile up for over 24 hours. Want them bathed? Sure they will sit the stuff in the room and wait until you do it. I can keep going but hopefully you will not bring anyone here. I would say loved one but this place is not fit for any living thing.
