It's not a 5 star hotel. I have had two family members who have been there. My auntie is in long term care and she is very happy. The other family member was there for rehab after hip surgery. He went home after 3 months and our experience with this place went well. I'm reading these reviews I have a question to those complaining about the care or lack of care they say their mother or brother are receiving, why haven't they been taken home and cared for by you or your family? If you think you can do better go there and take them home and do it. There are other places they can be take too. They cost more!!

My dad just had hip replacement supposed to be going to the 'REHAB' center..they put him in long term care basically, where you put someone to die. Then he calls to go to the bathroom and has to wait an hour and a phone call from me to the facility to get someone to help him. Then they give him a laxative, and yet again no one around when he buzzes so he deficates and they get mad and put him in a diaper. There is no tv unless you supply your own, it smells for urine, there are bugs, he shares a room with 3 people one which is almost deaf and leaves his tv on and turned up all night. And all this in less then 24 hours of arrival to a 'REHAB' This treatment of anybody is ridiculous. This place needs reviewed, fined, and closed. Dont let any member of your family go there.

If I could rate this place in the negative it would be a negative 10!! This is the worst place I have ever seen!! I can't believe it!! They need to be shut down!! I work in healthcare and never in my life I seen cna and nurses like this!! They need to be shut down!! I had to clean my grandpa up these aids and nurses are so unprofessional!! They will cause more harm than good!! I pray for the ones there!!
