What's up with the phone lines? The wait time is absolutely rediculous. Please note that not everyone has that much time to conduct business. I called in this morning and literally listen to music my entire lunch break.

Worst bank I've ever dealt with...the wait time is unreal to make make payments! They will apply payments to the wrong loans, then take whatever they want out of your account to make the payments. Even though they messed it up!
