Worst place for my mom. Was left in same clothes for a number of days, sat in wet pants so has many urinary tract infections. Adjustable bed was broken with no attempt or communication to fix it. Refrigerator in her room was fill of food that wasnt

One star lost due to roach infestation in the apartments. Yes, roaches. Doesn't look like they are exterminating properly. One star lost due to administrative game playing by someone who acts they are a lawyer and picks things to nitpick that make no sense. Otherwise, the rest of staff are friendly and caring and facility seems comfortable and easy for seniors to navigate. We had lunch there and it was pretty good also.

Would recommend Brookdale for anyone looking for assisted living or memory care for their loved one. The assistants are very attentive to resident needs and are always looking for opportunities to improve the quality of life for all who live there. My mother has really enjoyed using the different activity centers including the pool table room, piano /music room, card table/meeting room and physical fitness area. She also enjoys the bus trip outings to Bonita Lakes. Something for everyone here!!

My parents were very welcomed here by the staff, especially Janie Brown. The normal uncertainties of starting a new chapter in senior living was met with enthusiasm by the residents as well as encouragement from the nursing team. After my father passed, my mother has found a loving and accepting community of 'family' that she dearly treasures. I'm so glad Brookdale here for my family.
