This facility is not fit for a dog. The staff is rude and disrespectful. My family member was not treated with respect either. When we picked her up, she was full of rust all over her body. She also said they showered in cold water. My aunt's hair was matted to her head from days of not being combed. The excuse the staff members gave was she didn't want to get her hair combed. This facility is supposed to teach independent living. The staff also had patients who weren't capable of living on their own in a room alone. The patients were in the widows scratching them and clawing. Please DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE!
