Thanks for the quality care you provided my mom and grandma, in TCU and LTC respectively. Creative rehab approaches, timely response to care requests, kind and gentle care- were so pleased we chose you in our times of need. As a RN with related experience I know what to look for and found quality care here.

My mom is currently in the TCU at Woodbury HealthCare. Witnessed multiple staff with attitudes because they didn't want to help her with certain needs. And a Therapist who was verbally and physically abusive towards my mom. I would never recommend this place to anyone! If you don't like your job and can't show compassion towards vulnerable adults - FIND ANOTHER PROFESSION PLEASE! Disgusting behaviors. If you have no remorse when treating another HUMAN BEING like that, there is definitely something wrong!

OMG. I wouldn't want any of my loved ones here. My mother was physically abused. My mother was dehydrated . Mother wasn't given all of her meds . Before coming Here, she had heart surgery. Woodbury Health Care Center had my mother laying flat. This caused fluid on her lungs, smh Mother peed on herself & layed in it at least 40mins. It took forever before a nurse came in. Etc..... The abused other patients .PLEASE DON'T send anyone you love to this place.
