I enjoyed working at Sanctuary at St Cloud. Caring for the resident was by far the best job I've ever encountered. Truly blessed to had the opportunity to put smiles on their faces and do my job to the best of my ability. It's a very beautiful and welcoming environment. I'm very thankful and blessed to say I was in care of someone's love ones. Proudly treated them all as if I would my owns. Thanks to all for allowing me to be apart of something so priceless!!!

I worked at the sanctuary for a short time. I decided to accept a different position with higher pay. The time I was at the sanctuary was a great experience. Great management and as a TMA I had wonderful nurses to work with. The residents are so sweet and amazing people. I so much enjoyed caring for each of them! I miss them! Hopefully I will maybe have another opportunity to return.. it's a fun place to work!

Memory care staff, while I was CNA there, rarely showed up for their shift on time if at all. Management made threats to staff, however, 50% of staff on dementia floor do care about their residents. Just under qualified.
