I am a proud staff member of RidgeView Place. The staff are kind, courteous, and wear their hearts on their sleeve as they truly care for each individual person they take care of. We offer excellent wellness programs with a wide range of activities to meet everyones needs. You feel the warmth when you walk through their doors. I would fully recommend anyone to stop by and see how your loved one could be part of our community.

My grandmother was a resident at Ridgeview and then Prairie Ridge memory care for about 7 years. In the beginning, her care was very good but her last year in the memory care facility was very poor. The constant turnover with the staff was very disconcerting! The staff was always short handed and they seemed exhausted! I must say that Rebecca and Agwa gave my grandma exceptional care during their shifts. To whomever is managing this care facility I say shame on you! These older residents deserve far better!

My aunt had an injury here a few weeks ago where her ankle was ran over by her scooter from a staff member not following proper procedures, not only that the staff member didnt report the incident so she went untreated for a day. That same staff member still works there, how many other things has been swept under the rug and gone unreported??
