My 90 yr old mother has lived there 6 months, needs help with transfers otherwise no issues. I was on the phone with her yesterday with her call light on- no one came in the 28 minutes I was talking to her. Aides, who are few and far between, tell her 530 am is not a good time to take her to bathroom, they are busy then and that if she needs help before lunch don't call after 1145, they are setting up lunch then. She ends up trying to do her own transfers which is the whole reason we moved her from her own house. Bed sheets are to be changed weekly, one side told her she didn't know how to do it, asked if ok to wait until next week. Is supposed to have a shower every two weeks but showers too small to get a wheelchair in, they won't take out the folding seat, and she falls through the shower chair. Found her crying one weekend when ac not working and she left 88 degree room to sit in lobby only to be belittled by receptionist (who doesn't have a very receiving personality). Food service has gone from nothing special to bad with change in management, food is very salty and processed. Complaints to nursing and managers have yielded no results. The few good aides she's had do not stay. I can't in good conscience recommend this facility to anyone who actually needs assistance.

I turned around in the parking lot here once about a year ago. It's a nice building
