We used to visit family here and it was always so nice and clean. The staff were helpful and respectful. We came back for a tour as mom was looking to move in and could not get anyone to help us. The employees sat behind the counter complaining about their job. I asked for the manager and was told she 'went out for a smoke, she'd be back in a sec'. Two of the tenants were arguing in the lobby and a third joined in and the employees did not intervene. The building seems so nice as we pulled up. When we went in to tour, we were not helped. Tenants were arguing in the lobby, the building reeked of urine. The shades in the lobby and the dining area were closed and it was a beautiful day?

Families Beware! I know more about this manager than I want to!! She has screwed us over and will take advantage of people to get ahead or make a buck. She has been caught taking advantage or stealing from people MANY times. I do not know how she could have passed the background test to work there ??? MN Law statute 245C.15 states there should be a 15 year disqualification for working with vulnerable people from her charge in 2012. If you want to see for yourself check out pa.courts.state.mn.us, case 18-CR-12-1209, or case 18-VB-08-1011, or 18-T-03-008929, 2 of these she is found guilty of writing bad checks. It is all public information. I post this as anonymous as I feel families should know who is taking care of their loved ones but worry what she will do to me to get even.... good luck.

Not home, but I'm sure glad my mom is living there. Very nice staff, clean, respectful. Just what you'd want your parents to have.
