Understaffed. Some staff are bullies and should be fired. Underpaid staff. Raises are promised, never given. Bonuses are promised and management finds a reason not to give it - even though they have the money. Staff have messed up and had their criminal boyfriend stay overnight and still have a job. Putting client's at risk.
