The last time I visited there, back in September, the place us always clean and the people are always welcoming and kind.

This facility does not live up to their mission statement. Residents receive little or no programming in terms of maintaining any skills that they have when they become a resident here. They get up in the morning and they sit, all day. They may occasionally go for a ride in a loud and uncomfortable old bus, or they might have an art activity. But 95% of the time, they sit all day and do nothing. There is very little interaction between staff and residents other than at feeding time. Some of the staff lie about what they do when their negligence is reported however, this facility makes you feel like it is the reporter that is lying. They like to put residents in wheelchairs rather than work on mobility issues. I do not recommend anyone using this facility. Recently, on a state inspection, this place was ranked less than the state average for Quality of Life for the residents. However the CEO likes to publicly state that they are a 4 star facility. What she fails to add is that this was the rating for the physical facility. I don't care how many outlets are on a wall as much as I am care about the quality of life for the loved one that lives there.
