The med-staff is horrible. I have certain times that I need meds for various reasons. Never do i get them on my requested times. I have to continually ask and press the alert button, if I am lucky someone will come to my apartment to just reset it so it doesnt bother them anymore. Just an example last night I was assured by a med passer that she would give me my meds by 8:00 pm. Well I didnt get them by 8;00 so I went to the cart just to find out that she was gone for the night and her replacement does not have access to the meds. I got my night meds at 11:39. Good job girls!!!!!!! This has to stop
