The Homestead At Maplewood

My mother lived at the Homestead at Maplewood for two years. The care she received there was wonderful. My siblings and I could not have been more happy for her. She had a very bright cheery studio apartment that had plenty of room. The Home Health staff was very attentive to her and kept us updated on how she was doing. They were also happy to receive our phone calls for updates and concerns. They truly worked as a team with us. This was appreciated as we all lived in other states. The management was also very helpful and promptly answered any concerns or questions we had. It seems that most of the staff has worked there for several years and work well together. It was also a plus to have the Maplewood Care Center on the campus as my mother used it a couple of times for transitional care after getting our of the hospital.I highly recommend the Homestead at Maplewood.Jackie ThomasJacqueline Thomas

My dad moved into the Homestead last September. He is really happy there, and my sister and I are very thankful for the excellent care our dad receives there.

I love this setting for my mother. She gets confused occasionally and misplaces things; none of which are actually lost, I always am able to find them. Its so nice they call me right away with any issues AND any medical issues. They have lots of activities and entertainment, plus field trips.Thank you homestead at Maplewood

I am very thankful for the care that The Homstead at Maplewood provides for my father, John (Jack ) Schwartz. It was the third long term care facility that he was in. We had him on the waiting list for 10 months to get in because they accept Elderly Waiver patients. The first person that I would like to thank is Ardette, the nurse in charge of care for my father. She always kept me up to date on his status and really made me feel he was being well cared for. All she has done for him is appreciated. And to all the aides that help him on a daily basis I really want to thank. I dont know how you do what you do and keep such a great attitude. The people I deal with there when I come to visit are always in a good mood and seem so friendly. Im very satisfied with the care he receives there.Peter Schwartz
